The MD owns the full investment lifecycle from origination through portfolio management, leading a team of VPs, Associates, and Analysts.Core responsibilities include end-to-end deal execution: originating, underwriting, structuring, negotiating, closing, and monitoring real estate transactions (affordable housing, commercial, community facilities) leveraging LIHTC, NMTC, Opportunity-Zone credits, C-PACE financing, and other state and local incentive programs.
