The Role:

As part of the global Solutions Development team, you will serve as an advocate and expert in the use of AutoStore solutions to help customers solve complex fulfillment, intralogistics, and supply chain challenges. This role is responsible for leading consulting and pre-sales teams, supporting complex high value deals, reading the market for identifiable patterns. Ensure AutoStore's long term alignment with partners and customers by serving as their advocate in product roadmap discussions.

This role is based in our Salem, NH office.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Interface with AutoStore's partners and end customers, understand their goals/capabilities and the array of solutions at their disposal. Use your awareness to understand what value AutoStore solutions bring, and be seen as an honest broker by all involved.

  • Lead the execution of AutoStore's solutions development strategy in North America.

  • Build trusted relationships with strategic customers, distributors, consultants, and technology partners to support automation investment decisions.

  • Provide leadership to the solution consulting and presales functions at AutoStore.

  • Develop an understanding of solutions that both compliment and interfere with AutoStore solutions. Maintain a fluency with new innovations that will allow AutoStore to provide best in class solutions services.

  • Evaluate operational performance, business impact, and return on investment of proposed solutions.

  • Serve as an expert on customer pain points, partnerships, and technical capabilities. Drive this knowledge to internal teams to influence our approach and roadmap including Commercial, Product Management, Strategy, Solutions Consulting, Marketing, and partner organizations.

  • Create tools, training materials, dashboards, and best practices that enable internal teams and partners to effectively position and deploy solutions.

  • Monitor solution adoption, partner engagement, training effectiveness, and conversion performance across targeted segments.

  • Serve as a thought leader on warehouse automation, supply chain transformation, and intralogistics trends.

  • Coach and mentor talented colleagues and peers across the AutoStore ecosystem.

  • Drive enablement initiatives to empower AutoStore's partner network.

  • Support development of solution consulting standards and best practices, as related to technology and industry verticals.

Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics, supply chain technology, material handling, or related industries.

  • Must understand warehouse technology deeply, and bring a broad perspective to problem solving

  • Proven success in developing complex solutions that deliver operational improvement and help the team to hit goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and build long-term customer and partner relationships.

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting revenue growth, business development, and strategic opportunity management.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across commercial, product, engineering, and partner organizations.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational leadership skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
