Organizational Leadership: Lead strategic vision; support Board governance; represent MoGro in the community.
Fundraising: Lead grant, individual giving, and partnership strategies; cultivate funder relationships.
Operations & Finance: Oversee operations and programs; ensure sound financial management; supervise staff.
Community Partnerships: Build partnerships with community organizations, health systems, and businesses; advance food access and health equity initiatives.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Support organizational development and systems strengthening; monitor and evaluate organizational performance and impact; maintain strong internal systems and cross-team communication; identify opportunities for long-term organizational growth and sustainability; support development of long-term philanthropic strategies.
Other Information/Requirements:
7-10+ years executive leadership experience in nonprofit management, community development, public health, or food systems. Experience leading organizations through growth or transition strongly preferred. Knowledge of New Mexico communities and food systems preferred. Must be able to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight in a small nonprofit.
