This is not a traditional sales role — it’s a mix of hospitality, community-building, and guiding people toward their health goals. You will be the go-to person who ensures every guest feels welcomed, supported, and excited to begin (or continue) their Pilates journey. The Experience Coordinators role is to assist the Experience Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Intro Classes.  The Experience Coordinator also assists with retaining current members. • Guide the experience: learn each guest’s goals and challenges, curate their first visit, and recommend membership options that align with their needs.
  • Drive studio growth: help prospects confidently commit to their Pilates journey through memberships, private training sessions and intro offers.
  • Support members: celebrate progress, answer questions, and help members stay motivated and engaged.
  • Keep things running smoothly: assist with scheduling, class bookings, merchandise sales, and maintaining a clean, inviting studio environment.
  • Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
  • Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
  • Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present available services to current or prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
  • Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, energetic personality who loves connecting with people.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
  • Goal-oriented mindset — comfortable with guiding guests toward a decision.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness is a plus (but not required).
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software  system
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
  • Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues
  • Must have excellent public speaking skills
  • Must have proficient computer skills
  • Valid drivers’ license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation. Must have a clean DMV record and successfully pass background check. Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Impact: Play a vital role in helping people transform their health and confidence.
  • Community: Be part of a supportive, upbeat, and motivated team.
  • Growth: Receive ongoing training and development to succeed and advance management positions available.
  • Perks: Complimentary Pilates classes, discounts on merchandise, and performance-based bonuses.

Schedule & Compensation
