Through one-on-one consulting services and online programs, the trusted advisors at Exit Factor teach entrepreneurs how to successfully improve their company's profitability, efficiency, value, and ultimately ability to exit. Exit Factor is part of the consulting division within the United Franchise Group (UFG) family of brands. Our passion is helping small to medium size businesses increase their profit, efficiency, and value of their business to prepare for the sale of the company in the future. We do this through business valuations, 1:1 consulting, and online programs. We work with companies between $0 - $30 million in revenue across the United States in various industries.

We are a small team ourselves but owned by a large global organization. We have the feel of a small business with the resources of a multinational company.

What the Job Is:

Our Business Coaches and Consultants work with small to mid-sized business owners to help them increase their companies' profit, efficiency, and value. Our consultants engage with new leads, convert them to clients, and work with those clients in 1:1 sessions based on our proprietary method and system. We have a full training and certification program and provide house leads and an automation/nurture system designed to increase your efficiency.

In this position, you will have the chance to interact with numerous businesses across hundreds of industries, gaining knowledge and learning not accessible in most positions.

Day to Day responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with potential Exit Factor members.
  • Conducting 1:1 consulting sessions with clients following the Exit Factor system.
  • Providing additional resources in our online curriculum to enhance sessions.
  • Participating in initial training and certification and continuing education.
