We’re looking for a motivated, sales-driven Agent Aspirant who wants to grow their insurance career, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience in the sales and operations side of an agency.
What You’ll Do
  • Sell insurance products and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Follow up with leads, cross-sell, and identify additional customer needs.
  • Help customers review available products and coverage options.
  • Support marketing, community outreach, and agency growth initiatives.
  • Learn the sales, leadership, and operational skills involved in running an agency.
Requirements
  • Florida Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain.
  • Life & Health license required or ability to obtain.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
