Job description

ABOUT US
Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We thrive on collaboration, innovation, and performance. Our mission is to "Connect technology to life in a trustworthy, fun, and profitable way." We work closely with Verizon and our brand partners to deliver exceptional product offerings, promotions, and campaigns - now extending that excellence directly into the apartment communities where our customers live.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will work within our company culture where Performance, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, and Celebration are the Core Values.
As a Community Solutions Specialist at Victra, you will be the face of Verizon inside a portfolio of apartment communities (Multi-Dwelling Units). You will own the relationship with property managers and leasing teams, host on-site events for residents, and drive Verizon Home Internet, Mobile, and Perks adoption - building a book of business one community at a time.
This isn't a desk job. This isn't a one-and-done sale. It's a relationship-driven role where the happier your properties are, the more your commission grows.
ON A TYPICAL DAY, YOU WILL:
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quota for your assigned portfolio
  • Visit assigned MDU properties in person - leasing offices, lobbies, clubhouses
  • Build trusted relationships with property managers, leasing agents, and HOA boards
  • Prospect daily for new property partnerships - cold outreach to leasing offices, follow-ups on referrals, and warm intros from existing communities
  • Build and deliver impactful partnership proposals to property managers and HOA boards - positioning Verizon Enhanced Communities as a leasing differentiator
  • Host monthly resident events - move-in days, pool parties, lobby coffee mornings
  • Sign up residents for Verizon Fios, 5G Home, Mobile, and Perks at the point of move-in
  • Provide product benefits and solution recommendations - Fios, 5G Home, Mobile, and Perks - through exceptional customer service that delivers exactly what each resident needs
  • Own resident issues end-to-end - billing, install escalations, service questions
  • Position Verizon as a leasing differentiator that helps properties retain residents
  • Track activity, pipeline, and penetration in CRM
  • Stay informed on all current Verizon processes, promotions, incentives, and product launches so residents always get the best available offer
  • Coordinate with internal Victra teams and Verizon Enhanced Communities partners
  • Work collaboratively with Verizon's Enhanced Communities team to support joint initiatives, training, and go-to-market programs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's a plus)
  • 2+ years of sales, leasing, hospitality, or relationship-management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of self-direction without daily supervision
  • Resilience to rejection and patience for relationship-building cycles
  • Comfortable hosting events and approaching strangers
  • Valid driver's license, clean MVR, reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass property background and badging requirements
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends when residents are home
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in select markets
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Personable - You remember names, faces, and details that matter
  • Persistent - A "no" today is a "yes" three months from now
  • Proactive - You don't wait for the property to call you
  • Problem-Solver - When a resident has an issue, you own it
  • Performance-Driven - You want your name at the top of the leaderboard

WHAT WE OFFER:
Competitive base + uncapped commission (target $100,000 + first-year earnings)
• Tiered earnings ladder - Ramp Established High Achiever Elite
• Monthly mileage reimbursement, company credit card, computer, and phone stipend
• Discounted Verizon services
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Paid training and career-development pathways into District and Regional roles
• Tuition reimbursement
• Referral bonuses and contests
TRAINING:
All Community Solutions Specialists complete a four-day Victra New Hire University (NHU) within two weeks of start date, plus an MDU-specific certification covering property partner navigation, event execution, and Verizon Enhanced Communities operating procedures.
This job description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all duties, responsibilities, and skills required of the position; duties, responsibilities, and skills required may change without notice.
We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer - and celebrate our employees' differences, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or Veteran status.
