Business Development Manager – Restoration 1 of Dulles

Restoration 1 of Dulles is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help grow our presence throughout parts of Fairfax and Loudoun Counties.
This is a partnership-based B2B sales role focused on developing strong referral relationships with plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance agents, public adjusters, and other local professionals.
Restoration 1 is one of the largest independent restoration companies in the country, built on a simple principle: we work for the customer. We provide fast, high-quality water, mold, fire, and smoke restoration services while helping homeowners and businesses through some of their most stressful situations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Business development or B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to travel locally for meetings and events
  • Must live within approximately 45 minutes of Dulles, VA
