Delta Community Supports, Inc. (โ€œDeltaโ€) is seeking an Associate Director to provide leadership and oversight for our PA Community Living program, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Delaware County. The Associate Director will ensure regulatory compliance, high-quality services, and effective supervision of residential operations and staff to promote the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we serve.

Roles & Responsibilities:
ย 

  • Partnering with state agencies and licensing offices to ensure full regulatory compliance.

  • Supporting strategic planning and quality assurance initiatives in collaboration with the Division Director.

  • Ensuring safe, well-maintained homes, vehicles, and environments.

  • Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating residential coordinators and assigned staff while fostering professional development and alignment with Deltaโ€™s mission and values.

  • Promoting ethical conduct, teamwork, and a positive agency culture.

  • Monitoring and supporting high-quality Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and programmatic resources.

  • Leading risk management initiatives and continuous quality improvement projects.

  • Collaborating with families, advocates, and external agencies to support individualsโ€™ needs.

  • Preparing reports, maintaining professional competence, and performing other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in a social service field or public administration; Masterโ€™s Degree preferred; and
  • Five (5) years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Appropriate additional experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirements.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license in the state of residence
