Job description

Seeking a motivated Community Microlender to provide microloans, character-based loans to entrepreneurs and consumers through an affinity group lending model. This role blends loan origination, underwriting, client support, and technical assistance, helping small businesses and community members access capital and grow.
What You'll Do:
• Originate, underwrite, and close microloans in a group setting
• Build relationships with clients, community partners, and referral networks
• Coordinate loan servicing, payments, and collections
• Track outcomes, document program impact, and support reporting requirements
• Promote additional lending products and provide technical assistance to clients

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a nonprofit or lending environment
