  • Innovative Program Development: Craft and execute a diverse schedule of meaningful activities and events that resonate with residents.
  • Community Connection: Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters and calendars; arrange for community groups to visit.
  • Team Empowerment: Educate, train, and inspire team members to foster meaningful connections and a strong community.
  • Personalized Touch: Compile biographies on each new resident, ensuring a warm and customized welcome to the Community.
