Vista Community Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Acupuncturist to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work in an onsite outpatient clinic setting, engaging directly with a diverse patient population in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be a vital member of our healthcare team, collaborating with other practitioners to enhance patient health outcomes.

• Conduct thorough one-on-one consultations with patients to assess their needs and medical history, allowing for the development of tailored acupuncture treatment plans.
• Administer acupuncture treatments, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices while documenting each patient's progress in our electronic medical records system.
• Facilitate group acupuncture sessions and introduce acupressure techniques to patients and community groups, effectively communicating the benefits and principles of holistic healing.
• Engage in ongoing education by attending workshops and conferences, enhancing your skills and knowledge in acupuncture practices, and contributing to staff training.
• Actively participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, collaborating with healthcare professionals to discuss patient care strategies and follow-up plans.

Our patients range from individuals seeking relief from chronic pain and stress-related conditions to those looking for preventive care and wellness solutions. You will cater to a wide specter of health concerns and collaborate with patients to develop strategies for improving their overall health and well-being as part of a holistic treatment approach.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Acupuncture or a related field, from an institution accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM).
• Possession of a current acupuncture license in the state of Washington.
• Ability to maintain high standards of professionalism in appearance, presentation, and demeanor at all times.
• Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating excellent communication skills both verbally and through written forms.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar setting, ideally with a focus on outpatient care.
• Experience in educating patients and community members in wellness practices and the benefits of acupuncture.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems to facilitate accurate documentation and patient tracking.

Vista Community Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
