Work Environment

This remote role operates primarily from a school setting, allowing for flexible interactions with clients and colleagues. The work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, while occasional evening or weekend hours may be required based on client accessibility. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments for seniors, taking into account their emotional, mental, and social circumstances.
  • Collaborate closely with seniors and their families to create individualized care plans tailored to their specific needs and aspirations.
  • Provide counseling services and emotional support, aiding clients as they navigate significant life transitions and challenges.
  • Advocate for the rights and needs of clients, ensuring they have access to vital community resources and necessary services.
