At Rising Star Preschool, your voice matters, your growth is supported, and your work has a lasting impact.DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?Associate's or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related fieldAbility to meet California Community Care Licensing (CCL) requirements for a Preschool Center DirectorPreferred qualifications include experience as a Preschool Director or Site Supervisor in a licensed childcare center, knowledge of California Title 22 and Title 5 regulations, strong leadership and family engagement skills, and familiarity with enrollment management, budgeting, and program growth initiatives.WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR CENTER DIRECTOR?As our Center Director, you'll be the driving force behind a high-quality preschool program, beginning each day by supporting your staff, welcoming families, and ensuring children are learning in a safe and nurturing environment. You'll oversee daily operations, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, guide curriculum implementation, mentor and develop team members, strengthen family partnerships, and lead enrollment, budgeting, and growth efforts.
