  • Patient Recruitment and Community Engagement: Develop and implement patient recruitment strategies through physician outreach, community engagement, referral development, educational events, digital initiatives, and relationship-building activities that support enrollment goals across multiple clinical research studies.
  • Quality Improvement and Operational Excellence: Continuously evaluate operational processes, recommend workflow improvements, monitor key performance indicators, and implement best practices that improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, staff performance, and study enrollment.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Organizational Standards: Support compliance with FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), HIPAA requirements, IRB guidelines, organizational policies, and applicable regulatory standards while promoting ethical research conduct throughout the organization.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted ambassador for Health Haven and Health Synergy Clinical Research by building long-term professional relationships that strengthen the organization's reputation, expand referral networks, and create new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify new partnership opportunities, evaluate market trends, support business expansion efforts, and collaborate with leadership on initiatives that increase organizational growth, patient access, and research opportunities.
