Experienced Portfolio Community Association ManagerLocation: Manassas, VAJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Community Association Manager to join our team in Manassas, VA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing multiple community associations, ensuring smooth operations, financial stability, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of community associations, including homeowner associations (HOAs), condominiums, and other residential communities.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including vendor management, maintenance coordination, and compliance with governing documents.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and assessments to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for board members, homeowners, and vendors, addressing concerns and facilitating communication.
  • Coordinate and attend board meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations affecting community associations.
  • Implement and enforce community rules and policies to maintain a safe and pleasant living environment.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and stakeholders to foster community engagement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Portfolio Community Association Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of community association management principles, including budgeting, maintenance, and governance.
