Who We’re Looking For

At Endeavor Communities, our Assistant Community Managers are more than support staff or administrators — they are trusted partners, relationship-builders, and future leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-first environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in helping a community run smoothly every day.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Believes in serving residents with empathy, respect, and integrity.

  • Enjoys supporting a team and stepping in wherever help is needed.

  • Is organized, dependable, and proactive in managing details.

  • Communicates clearly and professionally with residents, teammates, and partners.

  • Takes ownership of their responsibilities and understands how their work impacts the bigger picture.

Core Values You’ll Embody
  • Integrity: Do the right thing, even when no one is watching.

  • Grit: Stay resilient and solution-oriented when challenges arise.

  • Humility: Listen first, stay curious, and put the mission above ego.

  • Teamability: Collaborate with trust, respect, and a willingness to help.

  • Forward-Thinking: Anticipate needs and look for better ways to serve residents.

  • Extreme Ownership: Take responsibility for outcomes and follow through.

What Success Looks Like
  • Residents feel welcomed, supported, and confident in their community experience.

  • Leasing, sales, and administrative processes are handled accurately and efficiently.

  • The Community Manager feels supported by a reliable, engaged partner.

  • The community maintains strong organization, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Serve as a supportive point of contact for residents and prospects, answering calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Assist with greeting prospective residents, touring the community, explaining features and amenities, and guiding them through the application, leasing, or home purchase process.

  • Support home sales and leasing activities, including follow-ups, documentation, and deposits.

  • Assist with rent collection, payment processing, and accurate recordkeeping.

  • Help process move-ins, move-outs, and resident file documentation with attention to detail and confidentiality.

  • Investigate and assist in resolving resident concerns, complaints, or rule violations in alignment with community standards.

  • Support marketing and outreach efforts, including promotions and resident communications.

  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, HUD, and company policies at all times.

  • Step in to assist with community operations when the Community Manager is unavailable.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and departments to keep information flowing smoothly.

Who You’ll Report To

You’ll report directly to the Community Manager and work closely together as a team. You’ll also receive support and guidance from regional leadership, with opportunities to learn, grow, and develop your career within Endeavor.

Your Background
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, housing, or a people-facing role (property management or manufactured housing experience is a plus).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

  • Comfortable using technology and learning property management software (Rent Manager experience is a plus).

  • Ability to remain professional, friendly, and solution-focused in all situations.

  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Education & Requirements
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license required; occasional travel for training or meetings may be needed.

  • Commitment to maintaining a neat, professional appearance while representing the community.

  • Ability to comply with company policies, training requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.

At Endeavor Communities, we believe the best communities are built by people who care. If you’re excited to support residents, grow your skills, and be part of something meaningful, we’d love to meet you.
