About the Role

As a Floating Community Leasing Associate, you’ll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents across multiple communities in the SF Bay Area region to include communities in Tiburon, Napa, and South San Francisco, CA. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing expertise to create exceptional living experiences and drive leasing success.

Customer Service & Sales

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.
  • Showcase community features and close leases.
  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain resident retention.

Operations

  • Manage lease files and system updates.
  • Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Marketing

  • Update social media and execute marketing tasks.
  • Monitor local market conditions and shop competitors.

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
  • Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
  • Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Estimated Rate of Pay:
$23.25- $26.00
This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
