Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, service-oriented, and proactive Community Associate to join our on-site team in Irving, Texas. This role serves as a key ambassador for the workplace experience, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and well-supported environment for employees and visitors.
In addition to core front-of-house and office support responsibilities, this position plays an important role in coordinating and executing workplace programs and initiatives that enhance employee experience. The ideal candidate brings strong program management capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs while operating with a high level of professionalism and ownership. This role will also serve as a backup resource for facilities-related support as needed.
Location: On-Site - Irving, Texas
Key Responsibilities
  • Workplace Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee workplace needs, ensuring a clean, organized, and fully functional environment at all times.
  • Program & Event Coordination: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of workplace programs, events, and initiatives (e.g., employee engagement activities, seasonal events, meal programs, incentive programs), ensuring timely delivery and high-quality experiences.
  • Guest & Front Desk Services: Manage reception and guest interactions, providing a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience for all visitors.
  • Vendor & Facilities Coordination: Partner with vendors and internal teams to support day-to-day facilities operations; serve as a backup for facilities support, helping to address maintenance issues, coordinate services, and ensure workplace standards are maintained.
  • Inventory & Supplies Management: Establish and maintain efficient systems to monitor and replenish office supplies, pantry items, and workplace resources.
  • Request & Service Management: Respond to and resolve employee requests promptly and effectively, including special projects and ad hoc support needs.
  • Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate domestic and international shipping and receiving activities, including package handling, tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Operational Support: Provide general administrative and office support, including routine stocking, organization, and continuous improvement of workplace processes.

Qualifications
Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in workplace services, customer service, office coordination, administrative support, or a related field
  • Experience supporting or coordinating programs, events, or initiatives in a professional environment
  • Exposure to facilities coordination or willingness to serve as a backup for facilities-related support

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong program management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High level of customer service orientation with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and the ability to work independently
