What We're Looking For:
INH Properties is looking for a full-time energetic, dependable Assistant Community Manager for a property in Minneapolis, MN. This position will play an important role in the success of the property. The ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, who is well organized with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and takes pride in their work. This candidate should also possess an engaging personality with current and prospective residents.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • Light Administration
  • Leasing units
  • Resident Relations
  • Property Upkeep
  • Light Maintenance
  • Maintain positive resident relations

Requirements
Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):
  • Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience
  • Proven work experience in multifamily management
  • Energetic, dependable self-starter
  • Well-Organized
  • Strong leasing skills/sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred, but not required
  • Affordable Housing experience preferred, but not required

Working Conditions:
  • Currently onsite 40 hours a week
  • Hourly
  • $24.00 - $26.50 / Depending on experience
