POSITION SUMMARY:
A Community Assistant will work closely with the Community Manager, Resident Experience Manager and Leasing and Marketing Manager to perform leasing, marketing, administrative, and some maintenance tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
  1. Oversee the entirety of the lead to lease process of each prospect.
  2. Verify accuracy of each lease document.
  3. Provide peer to peer guidance/support to the prospects and residents.
  4. Maintain market knowledge for the community.
  5. Complete administrative tasks.
  6. Assist in marketing efforts.
  7. Maintain SPM University required trainings.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  1. Some College
  2. Must have an understanding of today’s trends in marketing and social media.
  3. Team player with a positive and energetic attitude.
