- Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager or 2+ years of field management experience
- Preferably experience in projects ranging from $5m-$20m +
- Must have exceptional communication skills. Written, oral, and face-to-face.
- Supervisory skills are required.
- Extensive computer skills are required. Experience in Procore is not required but preferred.
- Experienced candidates must be able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Project Managers must have the ability to lead a team and motivate those involved in their projects without damaging relationships.
