Job Summary:
iCallidus, Inc. is a company focused on developing and managing innovative IT solutions. They are seeking a Program Manager to lead program management efforts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and adherence to Agile methodologies while fostering continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
• Lead program management efforts by aligning deliverables with client’s business and technical objectives.
• Provide Agile iterative program management expertise, ensuring adherence to Agile and iterative delivery models, seamless execution and integration.
• Lead an iterative approach to development, fostering continuous improvement, quick adaptability, and streamlined workflows.
• Actively share best practices to enhance team performance.
• Develop and oversee program schedules, oversee product delivery lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving requirements.
• Manage risk, change, and release strategies while ensuring program scalability and compliance.
• Maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that supports incremental software releases and continuous deployment.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve business process efficiency and service delivery.
• Develop innovative quality management strategies that enhance value delivery.
• Facilitate executive briefings, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder engagement to communicate program status effectively.
• Ensure deliverables meet Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) and compliance standards.
• Conduct and facilitate sprint meetings to ensure progress tracking and iterative improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508, FISMA, OWASP API, NIST 800-53, and NIST 800-207. standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years demonstrated experience in agile methodologies, principles, and managing Agile programs of similar size.
• Applying agile methodologies for continuous learning, collaborating on product roadmaps, leading planning processes, managing teams, coordinating projects, and ensuring product quality.
• Expertise in roadmap planning, product support, and stakeholder engagement.
• Significant experience in guiding teams for successful delivery by removing obstacles and fostering a self-organizing environment.
• Have a proven track record in managing agile projects, delivering specific products or transformations through multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to pivot in response to dynamic program needs and evolving priorities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams within an Agile framework to achieve strategic objectives.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident required.
Preferred:
• PMP Certification (preferred) or equivalent extensive program management experience.
• Preferred experience with IRS processing systems and tools.
• An active MBI Clearance in good standing preferred.
