•    Identify system inefficiencies and outline reengineering efforts.
•    Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
•    Coordinate with enterprise architecture, product divisions, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, and operational departments to ensure program alignment with MTA IT standards.
•    Assist in the development of the ESA’s strategic technology roadmap.
•    Identify and assist to mitigate risks.
•    Drive continuous improvement and innovation across systems.
