•    Identify system inefficiencies and outline reengineering efforts.
•    Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
•    Coordinate with enterprise architecture, product divisions, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, and operational departments to ensure program alignment with MTA IT standards.
