TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity with a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Cartersville, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative primary care team serving a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting.

- Join an established practice with opportunity to supervise Advanced Practice Providers within the practice
- Practice Environment: Outpatient clinic setting
- Schedule supports up to 21 patients per day, with an average daily volume of approximately 16 patients
- Collaborative, team-based practice
- Medical interpreters available for patient care
- Bilingual candidates preferred but not required
- Major insurance credentialing provided
- Medicare/Medicaid enrollment not required prior to hire
- Schedule: Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM After-hours phone call only Shared call rotation of approximately 1:6
Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Three to five years of experience preferred
- Interest in serving a diverse patient population
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $190,000–$220,000
