-Must be knowledgeable in cheer skills including stunts and tumbling
-Previous competitive cheer experience required, coaching and college experience preferred
-Time commitment- Practices m-th 1-4 pm, games, competitions from November-January, nationals in February

Description
Assistant Cheer Coach Positions:
Player Development:
  • Assistant coaches work directly with players, helping them develop specific skills and improve their overall performance. This may involve designing and implementing practice drills, providing individual feedback, and monitoring player progress.
  • Game Planning:
    They assist in analyzing opponents, developing game strategies, and preparing for competitions. This can involve reviewing game film, studying team statistics, and collaborating with the head coach on game plans.
  • Administrative Duties:
    Assistant coaches may also be involved in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling games, managing equipment, and coordinating team events.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Assistant coaches often use performance analysis tools and data to track athlete progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication:
