The Role

We're looking for a part-time AI Generalist to take ownership of our digital presence, customer communication, and lead generation efforts using the latest AI tools. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape how a well-established local business leverages AI you'll have real ownership and real impact.
What You'll Do

  • Build and manage AI-assisted marketing content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business)
  • Write and optimize SEO-driven blog posts, landing pages, and ad copy using AI writing tools
  • Set up and manage AI-powered chatbots and automated follow-up sequences for inbound leads
  • Create and refine automated estimate request workflows and customer communication flows
  • Develop and execute AI-assisted lead generation strategies targeting commercial clients (property managers, contractors, facility managers)
  • Track campaign performance and generate simple reports with actionable insights
  • Identify and recommend new AI tools and automations to improve efficiency across the business
What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and social media marketing
