At Summit Careers, recruiting is not a predictable, one-task-at-a-time position. Your day may include interviewing candidates, filling urgent openings, supporting employees, and responding to changing client needs.

We’re looking for someone who communicates confidently, takes initiative, and stays productive in a fast-moving environment. This position also provides a performance-based path into account management and leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective candidates
  • Interview candidates and match them with available positions
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs
  • Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment requirements
  • Manage multiple job orders and candidate pipelines
  • Follow up with candidates and employees to support attendance and retention
  • Maintain accurate information in our applicant tracking system
  • Meet recruiting activity, placement, and retention goals
  • Support daily branch operations and changing priorities

  • After completing your first year, you will have the opportunity to reach up to $65,000 in total annual earnings based on performance and advancement
