The Senior Promotions Specialist is part of the Sales Strategy & Operations team and will work closely with their manager to develop plans that will drive deployment North American promotional tactics and impact organizational revenue and recruiting targets. This role will give the qualified candidate the ability to influence and grow organizational knowledge by managing and improving on existing process. This position will act as a trusted resource within the field department to ensure accuracy in management of promotional planning.


What You'll Do

  • Coordinates all logistics for promotions by initiating cross-functional assignments and coordinating steps to deliver best in class execution of promotional planning & measurement.
  • Manage communication and accuracy of all promotions to internal stakeholders from ideation through execution.
  • Develop central system to track and report out on the success of monthly promotions to cross functional teams.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal teams including data and analytics, marketing and field communications, technology team, supply chain to ensure timely completion of tactics that drive key company metrics.
  • Work closely with finance teams on management and development of budget and improvements around budget management.
  • Work closely with supply chain team on process improvements and management of product and supply chain implications of promotions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Prior marketing agency, integrated marketing, promotional marketing experience required
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Analytical experience is a plus

The anticipated salary range for this position starts at $70,000-90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for a performance-based bonus based on individual and company performance.
