What you'll own

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic client communications that keep customers informed of regulatory, operational, contractual, and service-related updates.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business initiatives into clear, customer-focused communications that drive understanding and engagement.

  • Manage communication projects from intake through delivery, ensuring timelines, approvals, compliance requirements, and business objectives are met.

  • Monitor communication effectiveness through reporting, metrics, and feedback, continuously improving content quality and customer experience.

  • Manages team responsible for communicating with the Global Payments US and Canada customer base

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience with 6+ years of experience in communications, content strategy, client communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
