Role Overview

TCCI Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Support Operator (Level 1) to join our CNC Operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in machining while contributing to quality, safety, and productivity on the shop floor.

This is a hands-on position supporting CNC setup, operation, inspection, and continuous improvement initiatives, with clear development opportunities within the department.


Responsibilities
  • Support CNC machine setup and operation
     
  • Perform part inspection using gauges and measuring instruments
     
  • Assist with tooling changes and offset adjustments
     
  • Handle raw materials and finished parts efficiently
     
  • Support rework and salvage activities as needed
     
  • Maintain proper coolant levels and machine performance
     
  • Collaborate with Quality Control on inspections
     
  • Package parts to ensure safe delivery
     
  • Participate in 5S and continuous improvement projects
     
  • Follow all EHS and safety requirements
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED (Associate's degree in CNC/machining preferred)  
  • 1-3 years of manufacturing or CNC experience (3-5 preferred)  
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)  
  • Ability to read instructions, problem-solve, and work independently  
  • Strong communication skills and team mindset  
Position Details
  • Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
  • Schedule: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday
  • Full benefits package to include: Medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays (including Holiday Break, December 21, 2026 - January 1, 2027)
