Credence Innovations is hiring an Integrated Marketing Communications Assistant in Indianapolis. This role is built for marketing and communications graduates who want real hands-on experience executing live promotional campaigns — not sitting behind a desk.

You will be in the field every day — running live in-person events, engaging consumers face-to-face, and representing our clients' brands with strategy and purpose.

What You Will Do

  • Execute live in-person promotional events and retail activations throughout Indianapolis on behalf of our clients
  • Deliver consistent, on-brand messaging to consumers through face-to-face engagement
  • Track campaign performance, consumer interactions, and daily results
  • Collaborate with senior team members to refine messaging and improve campaign outcomes
  • Grow into a senior marketing or leadership role based on performance

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree or current enrollment in Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Advertising, Communications, or Business Administration — preferred not required
  • Strong verbal communication skills and genuine comfort engaging with people face-to-face
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and collaborative
