This role is ideal for a proactive marketing leader who thrives in autonomy, takes full ownership of programs end-to-end, and consistently translates strategy into execution. The successful candidate will blend strategic thinking, creativity, and operational excellence to drive visibility, engagement, and revenue growth.

This position partners closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities. Key Responsibilities Events & Tradeshows Own and lead end-to-end planning and execution of tradeshows and events, including budgeting, vendor negotiations, logistics, and on-site leadership Ensure events deliver strong ROI, brand alignment, and measurable pipeline impact Digital & Demand Marketing Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid media, and social channels to drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth Lead email marketing strategy, including segmentation, deployment, testing, and performance optimization Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Design and implement ABM programs targeting priority accounts, leveraging personalized messaging and campaigns to deepen engagement and accelerate revenue Messaging, Brand & Content Craft strategic messaging and value propositions aligned to priority segments, customer needs, and business objectives Serve as primary brand steward, ensuring governance and consistency across all communication channels (digital, social, email, print) Oversee content strategy and updates across platforms such as HubSpot, WebDAM, and Print on Demand Analytics, Operations & Optimization Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to optimize lead nurturing and campaign effectiveness Analyze KPIs and campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to continuously improve ROI Independently manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency, accuracy, and financial transparency Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with senior leaders and Technical Vertical Solutions Marketing Managers to align initiatives with revenue and growth goals Drive internal communications for product launches and strategic initiatives Lead cross-functional collaboration, influencing stakeholders and ensuring alignment across teams Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in technical, industrial, or B2B environments Proven ability to independently lead complex projects and make strategic decisions Strong expertise across multi-channel communications (digital, social, email, print) Hands-on experience with ABM strategies and key account marketing Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated success optimizing campaign performance Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI) and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels Experience managing budgets and delivering cost-effective marketing programs Strong leadership, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
