Job Description

The communications Agent will possess the ability to prioritize projects and tasks, meet multiple deadlines, and monitor several projects simultaneously. The position requires superior organizational skills.

Salary range: $46000 - $56000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with management to develop and execute organizational communication and market branding strategies. 

  • Monitors sales activity and external communications.

  • Assists in marketing budget development and cost tracking.

  • Aids in the preparation of presentations geared towards targeted audiences.

  • Acts as liaison to and maintains positive relationships with other interested parties.

  • Provides supervision and direction to staff and works in conjunction with the marketing department.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a communications specialist.

  • Solid understanding of project management principles

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills

  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities

  • Proficient command of English

  • BSc/BA in public relations, communications, or relevant field.

  • Strategic, enthusiastic, and creative thinker

  • Knowledge of how to use computer programs (i.e., Microsoft Office)
