JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Purpose:
The Supervisor Digital Marketing Strategist - eCommerce is responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap, and performance of the Andersen Windows Parts eCommerce experience, with direct accountability for driving revenue, conversion, and customer experience outcomes.
This role serves as the dedicated eCommerce leader for the Parts business, acting as the connective tissue between Service, Product, and Marketing while coordinating execution across tech, analytics, UX, content, technology, pricing, legal, security, and operations. As a senior member of the Digital Marketing team, this role sets strategic direction, leads cross-functional collaboration, and ensures the eCommerce platform delivers measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
eCommerce Strategy & Revenue Ownership
  • Own the end-to-end eCommerce strategy for the Andersen Windows Parts site, including vision, roadmap, and prioritized initiatives aligned to business goals.

  • Drive direct revenue growth, conversion rate optimization, average order value, and repeat purchase through ongoing experience and platform optimization.

  • Translate Parts business objectives into a clear eCommerce roadmap with measurable KPIs and success metrics.

  • Champion a customer-first, data-driven approach to continuously improve the digital shopping experience.

Platform Ownership & Optimization (Salesforce eCommerce)
  • Serve as the primary business owner of the Salesforce eCommerce platform for Parts, partnering closely with IT and technology teams.

  • Lead requirements definition, backlog prioritization, and feature enhancements across merchandising, search, navigation, checkout, promotions, and account experiences.

  • Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and compliance in partnership with legal, privacy, and security teams.

  • Identify and evaluate new eCommerce capabilities and integrations to improve customer experience and business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
  • Act as the central point of coordination across Service, Product, Marketing, Analytics, UX, Content, Pricing, Legal, Security, and Technology.

  • Align stakeholders around shared priorities, timelines, and success measures for eCommerce initiatives.

  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution to ensure seamless delivery of site enhancements and experiences.

  • Communicate strategy, progress, and performance clearly to senior stakeholders.

People Leadership & Team Development
  • Directly manage one eCommerce-focused digital marketer, providing coaching, development, and clear direction.

  • Set goals, priorities, and performance expectations while fostering accountability and growth.

  • Extend leadership beyond direct reports by influencing and guiding matrixed partners and agency resources.

Analytics, Insights & Optimization
  • Partner with analytics teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that measure eCommerce health and revenue impact.

  • Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities for optimization across the funnel.

  • Lead experimentation efforts including A/B testing and iterative optimization to improve performance over time.

Minimum Qualification, Skill and/or Competency Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

  • 5-7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, with significant focus on eCommerce strategy and optimization.

  • Proven experience owning eCommerce platforms, with Salesforce eCommerce (B2C or B2B) required.

  • Demonstrated success driving direct online revenue and measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce fundamentals including merchandising, UX, conversion optimization, checkout flows, and pricing considerations.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights, recommendations, and action.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving in a complex, matrixed environment.

COMPENSATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. This role is base plus Incentives eligible.
PAY RANGE:
$90,039.00 - $139,561.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
