Job description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Strategist to serve as the escalation point for high-value or

highly skeptical claimants. This role bridges the gap between initial outreach and successful engagement by re-establishing trust, addressing objections, and guiding

claimants through the final steps of the recovery process.

This is a senior-level position designed for a confident communicator who can step in when

a claim has stalled, a claimant has become unresponsive, or additional credibility and

reassurance are required to move the process forward.

You will take ownership of complex cases and lead them to resolution.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Case Re-Engagement & Escalation Management

Review stalled or unresponsive claims and develop a strategic re-engagement plan

for hot, warm and cols leads in Client Care Coordinator (CCC) Campaign, Email

Campaign and/or Complex Claim Campaign.

Address skepticism, compliance concerns, and objections with clarity and

professionalism.

Serve as the senior voice of authority when additional credibility is needed.

2. Strategic Research & Verification

Conduct targeted research to confirm claimant identity, heirship, and asset linkage.

Utilize verified databases and public records to support due diligence efforts.

Collaborate with genealogists and internal research teams to ensure accuracy and

defensibility of claims.

3. Advanced Outreach & Closing

Re-establish communication with claimants using a consultative, trust-based

approach.

Clearly explain contingency agreements, documentation requirements, and the

recovery process.

Guide claimants through execution of legal documents and ensure timely

completion.

Convert hesitant or skeptical prospects into signed agreements while maintaining

full transparency.

4. CRM & Process Integrity

Maintain detailed documentation of outreach efforts and case notes.

Ensure seamless handoffs between sales, research, and claims processing teams.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in sales closing, negotiations, investigative research, or a

related field.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex objections and skeptical clients with

professionalism.

Strong communication skills with executive presence and credibility.

Comfort working with CRM systems, research tools, and investigative databases.

High ethical standards and commitment to contingency-based transparency.

Ability to operate independently while collaborating across departments.
