Job description

Scheduler Position

Ideal for organizations preparing for consistent care delivery. We're seeking an organized and proactive Scheduler to manage staff assignments, ensure shift coverage, and communicate effectively with clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule shifts for caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and other staff
  • Communicate staffing changes or cancellations promptly
  • Maintain up-to-date availability and contact records
  • Collaborate with HR to onboard new hires
  • Provide on-call support as needed
Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare scheduling or staffing
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of scheduling software a plus
