Job description

Communication Specialist

Location - Irving, TX (hybrid remote included travel 1-2 times a month in the US and Canada) Duration - 12 months Pay Rate - $25 /hr

Job Summary:

Role is Hybrid - This Contractor could be Onsite up to 2-3 days per week.

Candidates submitted must be within driving distance (ideally 30 miles) from either the Irving TX Facility or the Stamford CT Facility.

National Travel Required!! Candidate may be attending up to 2 weeks of Travel in October to a Gartner Conference in Orlando FL.

Candidates sourced for Irving TX Facility will work CST, Candidates sourced for Stamford CT Facility will work EST.

Bachelor's Degree mandatory for consideration.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Attendee Communication team with campaign management
    • Plan, build, and execute conference communication to registered attendees of Gartner Conferences
    • Maintain content on web-based portal to enhance the attendee journey
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create conference-specific communication
  • Support Attendee Engagement team with data management and new initiatives
    • Analyze campaign data and trends on a continual basis to track performance
    • Spearhead communication initiatives for integration into conference campaigns
    • Support additional initiatives and programs for Gartner Conferences
  • Interact in a highly professional manner, internally and externally
  • Participate in team meetings and work with team members across multiple time zones
  • Work autonomously to manage projects and maintain communication with all stakeholders
