JOB SUMMARY: As a Project Manager, Restoration at Renova One, you will be responsible for managing restoration and reconstruction projects from initial job intake through completion. This role oversees project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, and overall project execution to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. The Project Manager will work closely with operations teams, field personnel, vendors, insurance partners, and customers to maintain project momentum, resolve issues quickly, and deliver a high level of service throughout the restoration process. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, urgency, and the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of restoration and reconstruction projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets 
  • Manage multiple active restoration projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction 
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, adjusters, and clients to ensure timely project execution 
  • Develop project schedules, scopes of work, and budgets while ensuring adherence to project milestones and deliverables 
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress, identify issues, and ensure work is completed according to scope and quality standards 
  • Monitor project profitability, job costing, and margin performance throughout the project lifecycle 
  • Track project risks, delays, and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed 
  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and expectations clearly with customers and internal stakeholders 
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards, building codes, and company procedures 
  • Review estimates, change orders, invoices, and project documentation for accuracy and completeness 
  • Collaborate with estimating, sales, and operations teams to support project handoff and execution 
  • Maintain detailed project records, job documentation, photos, and communication logs 
  • Foster strong client relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and proactive communication 
  • Participate in post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project management within restoration, construction, renovation, or related industries 
  • Experience managing restoration, insurance-related, reconstruction, or emergency service projects preferred 
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, job costing, and scheduling practices 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong customer service and client communication skills 
  • Bring estimating expertise to elevate scope accuracy, project profitability, and overall project execution across the team
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management/construction software; experience with Xactimate or other estimating software a plus
