Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner, the global leader of automation systems and solutions, is currently offering an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our fast-paced, customer-oriented team.

Project Manager Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Works with limited oversight and occasional guidance from more experienced Project Managers
  • Overall accountability for project scope, deliverables schedule, budget, safety and quality.
  • Develops project plans and budgets to guide the execution of the project. Coordinates and directs technical and organizational interfaces to execute the project plan
  • Manages multiple projects of increasing complexity, ensuring they stay on track, meet goals, and align with business needs
  • Displays moderate to level project management acumen through effective change control, scope control, schedule control and risk management strategies

  • Manages stakeholder coordination, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between internal teams, customers, suppliers, Emerson divisions, EPCs, and Impact Partners

  • Independently identifies, analyzes, and manages project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans to minimize impact on scope, schedule, and budget
  • Proactively manages project communications, ensuring clear, timely, and effective updates to all stakeholders, including risk and issue reporting
  • Leads proposal development efforts and actively engages in sales pursuits, collaborating with technical and sales teams to develop competitive solutions
  • Manages customer relationships, proactively addressing project needs and ensuring successful execution through effective communication and issue resolution

Project Manager Skills/Knowledge/Experience Qualifications:

  • 4-year Bachelor of Science degree
  • 3-6 years of experience in project management or a related role
  • Extensive experience in managing medium to large projects
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Proficiency in advanced project management tools and techniques
  • Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget effectively
  • Solid understanding of DCS systems and their role in project planning and execution
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communication

Project Manager Physical Requirements:

Ability to work extended hours on a computer

Project Manager Pay:

  • Salary Range: $105,000 - $135,000
  • Bonus potential: 10%

The final offer will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in the position.
