The Project Manager is an office based, solutions-driven role within our Lift Station division, responsible for managing projects from start to finish. This role requires strong communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure expectations are aligned and outcomes are met. The Project Manager is instrumental in delivering projects that are safe, timely, and profitable, while contributing to a more sustainable future for our waterways and communities.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Manage multiple projects according to contract specifications, company policies and procedures and safety requirements to ensure compliance
  • Responsible for creation and execution of operational plans to ensure project success, including permitting, material, and equipment procurement, labor and subcontractor management, quality control, safety analysis, scheduling, system updates, and reporting.
  • Manage expenses within KPI targets or project budgets
  • Provide excellent communication both written and verbally with customers, field teams, subcontractors and internal teams
  • Collaborate with sales and estimating team for initiation of new contracts and projects
  • Maintain consistency among corporate division, repair teams, subcontractors and customers
  • Follows through on problems that may compromise effective job performance by using appropriate chain of command.
  • Demonstrates the mission, vision, and core values of the organization through conduct, behavior, actions, and words
  • Maintains positive working relationships and fosters cooperative work environment.
  • Displays honesty and mutual respect when communicating with peers and other departments.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of duties in this job classification

  • 2+ years project management experience in the construction or environmental field
