Requirements 

We are searching for a candidate with: 

  •  Bachelor's Degree or higher in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
  •  3+ years of progressive experience in B2B Marketing.
  •  Knowledge in the residential building industry and distribution channels a plus.
  •  Fluent in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) systems and Social Media Management tools.
  •  Exhibit strong leadership, problem solving, and time management capabilities.
  •  Comfortable working in a cloud-based environment.
  •  Experienced managing multiple sales channels.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with partners and internal teams.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix environment

Duties and Responsibilities 

A typical day may include:   

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans aligned with business objectives
  • Manage content for digital and print, including product literature, product copy, web content, email campaigns, and social media
  • Serve as key point of contact for internal brand messaging and communication needs.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across multiple brands within the portfolio
  • Partner with product management and channel marketing to support product launches and promotional initiatives
  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets
  • Support retail and distributor marketing programs, including merchandising and point-of-sale materials
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in trade shows, events, and customer-facing marketing activities. Track and optimize the performance of new and existing partnerships.
  • Comfortable with travel to customer events, shows industry meetings, company onsite meetings as necessary.
  • Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid potential conflicts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
