  • Serve as the central conductor of experimentation, orchestrating inputs from product, data science, UX, content, and analytics into a single prioritized optimization roadmap.
  • Define what gets tested, where, and in what sequence, focusing experimentation effort on the highest‑value strategic opportunities rather than isolated test wins.
  • Lead through influence rather than direct authority, pushing and aligning cross‑functional teams to deliver against shared optimization priorities.
  • Translate analytical insight and test outcomes into clear decisions, direction, and narrative, converting learning into sustained commercial value.
  • Drive test ideation, experimentation design, and delivery at scale, balancing speed, rigor, regulatory requirements, partner constraints, and customer experience.
  • Own optimization performance narratives end‑to‑end, from strategic rationale and experiment design through executive‑level reporting and recommendations.
  • Walk confidently into senior executive and partner forums, persuasively articulating optimization strategy, tradeoffs, outcomes, and next steps.
  • Ensure all optimization activity complies with legal, compliance, brand, accessibility, and partner requirements.
What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in digital, growth, optimization, experimentation, or related disciplines, including senior program leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business and partner strategy and translate it into experimentation priorities, hypotheses, and long‑term learning agendas.
  • Proven success influencing and mobilizing cross‑functional teams without direct line management responsibility.
  • Deep experience with test‑and‑learn methodologies, experimental design, A/B and multivariate testing, and optimization programs at scale.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect experimentation outcomes to broader business and partner performance.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain complex analytical and strategic concepts to very senior, non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI and conversion optimization principles within purchase flows and e‑commerce environments.
  • Experience operating in global, multi‑stakeholder environments across time zones.
  • High degree of integrity and a strong risk‑management mindset, with a clear focus on protecting customer trust.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar platforms preferred.
