What are communication internships?

Communication internships are short-term, supervised work experiences in fields such as public relations, marketing, media, and corporate communications. These internships allow students or recent graduates to gain practical skills, build professional networks, and apply what they have learned in the classroom to real-world situations. Communication interns often assist with tasks such as writing press releases, managing social media, conducting research, and supporting event planning. These positions are valuable stepping stones for launching a career in communications.
