Location: Patterson Autos Group โ€“ Tustin, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday โ€“ Friday

Patterson Autos Group is looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Automotive Contract Biller to join our growing accounting team! If you have automotive accounting experience and are ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Process, review, and finalize automotive sales contracts (min 1 year experience)
  • Ensure all deal documents are accurate and complete
  • Work closely with the controller, finance & sales departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain organized & File records, and support accounting operations
  • Process daily parts & service depositsย 
  • Assist in various accounting office tasks as directed by department manager

Qualifications:

  • Automotive accounting experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
