We are hiring a Founding Product Manager to help scale an AI-native workflow platform transforming one of the world's largest and least automated industries - construction. This is a high-ownership role focused on moving from human-operated services to AI-driven product workflows. You will operate in a weekly spec-to-ship cadence and work directly with founders and engineering to define what gets automated next - and how.

Key Responsibilities
Own a product surface end-to-end (PRD standup QA demo metric impact)
Operate in a weekly spec-to-ship cadence
Write clear product specs in documents (not decks)
Sit directly with estimators and contractors observing live workflows
Decide which parts of human-operated workflow should transition to software - and in what order
QA features on live customer bids
Define and track measurable success metrics:
Cycle time per bid
Scope completeness
Vendor quote turnaround
Win rate
Partner closely with CTO, engineers, and founders
Maintain high velocity without breaking what already works

Requirements
4-8 years in Product Management
Prior early-stage startup experience
Demonstrated end-to-end product ownership
Strong execution speed - prefers shipping v1 early vs polishing v3
Strong written communication (engineer-ready PRDs)
AI-native fluency (Claude, Codex, agentic workflows used in production)
Experience shipping product - not just planning it
Construction / AEC / vertical SaaS exposure
