We are looking for an experienced drafter with superb time management and communication skills. Our ideal applicant will have experience working on architectural construction projects, interior design, & specifically proficiency in CAD. Screening questions must be completed to be considered for the position.
Responsibilities
• Create architectural blueprints and extensive construction documents containing specifications for building materials and products
• Create drawings and renderings, and make adjustments to designs based on feedback
• Communicate design intent specifications clearly and ensure quality control with the M&M team
• Ensure the end product meets the client's style, quality, and budget expectations by consulting with project leads
• Ensure standards compliance with client, utility, and industry drafting requirements
