Rapidly growing private duty home care agency is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate scheduling coordinator to join our team. The scheduling coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing schedules for our caregivers, ensuring that our clients receive the best care possible. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and management to ensure that all scheduling needs are met. Responsibilities: Create and maintain schedules for caregivers using our scheduling software Communicate with clients and caregivers to ensure that scheduling needs are met Work with management to ensure that all client care plans are properly staffed Hire and onboard qualified caregivers Monitor and manage caregiver time off requests and adjust schedules as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver schedules and client care plans Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure that all client needs are being met Answer phone calls and emails from caregivers and clients regarding scheduling needs Provide excellent customer service to clients and caregivers Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 3 years experience in a Home Care setting, preferably with schedule coordinating experience Strong communication and organizational skills Strong ability to multi-task Proficiency in computer and scheduling software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Job Type: Full-time and on-call (on-call bonus) Experience: Customer service: 2 years (Required) Medical terminology: 2 years (Preferred) Computer skills: 2 years (Required) Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative #J-18808-Ljbffr
