Job DescriptionJob Title: Business AnalystJob Location: Salem, OR (Hybrid)Job Type: ContractJob Description:Support DOJ modernization initiatives by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.Conduct interviews, workshops, document reviews, and research to understand business needs.Translate stakeholder requirements into process diagrams, user stories, business rules, and functional requirements.Develop and maintain current-state and future-state process maps, SOPs, requirements documents, and system documentation.Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare UAT test cases, participate in testing, document results, and communicate issues for resolution.Support implementation activities and develop end-user training materials.Participate in train-the-trainer sessions and gather user feedback to support adoption and process improvement.Collaborate with program staff, senior analysts, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.Assist with solution assessment and communicate technical concepts to business users.Support project and change management activities, including workshops and consensus building. Requirement:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise or large-scale modernization initiatives.Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.Experience creating process maps, user stories, business rules, SOPs, and functional documentation.Experience with UAT testing, test case preparation, and validation.Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with relational or cloud-based data platforms is preferred.Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security practices is a plus.Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.Experience with project/change management is preferred. Interested candidates can send their updated resumes at jobs@global-itech.com
